Two New Hampshire teenagers are facing charges after state police said they were speeding more than 100 mph on Interstate 93 over the weekend.

Alizah Johnson, 18, of Concord, was arrested for reckless operation and disobeying an officer, state police said. She was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Concord District Court at a later date.

As Davis caught up to the car, Johnson, the driver of the Volvo, turned the vehicle’s lights off, state police said. But as Davis got behind the Volvo, Johnson turned the lights back on and pulled over.
