A Florida Highway Patrol news release identified the woman as Elizabeth Jasmine Bradberry.

Bradberry was sentenced as part of a plea deal for a case that happened in Santa Rosa County from a deadly ****** she caused on July 17, 2022, according to documents.

According to the FHP, Bradberry was driving a stolen 2018 RAV4 southbound on State Road 87 in Santa Rosa County. Deputies attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle, which had four people, including a 17-year-old from Pensacola, but Bradberry allegedly did not stop. Officials said that Bradberry ended up striking a vehicle that was making a left turn onto the road, killing the driver and injuring her passengers.

Bradberry was ultimately charged and sentenced in connection with the deadly ******.

The following sentences were made during court on Friday:

1 count of fleeing or eluding law enforcement causing death — 21 years in state prison followed by 5 years probation

1 count fleeing or eluding law enforcement causing great bodily harm — 21 years in state prison followed by 5 years probation (served concurrently)

1 count of vehicular ********* — 15 years served concurrently

1 count of child neglect causing great bodily harm — 15 years served concurrently

She is set to serve 21 years behind bars, officials said.
