‘Serious concerns’: Local businesses slam City of Perth’s plans to turn Hay Street into two-way road

The latest Hay Street reconversion is tipped to begin by July and is set to free up almost 850sqm of footpath space, provide new opportunities for outdoor dining and create more stops for the CAT bus.
