WWE 2K25’s creative director has said the team may consider an alternate option in the future for players who can’t unlock all the game’s alternate outfits through loot boxes.

Last year’s edition WWE 2K24 introduced Personas, a type of character card which can be unlocked in the MyFaction mode (WWE’s equivalent of EA FC’s Ultimate Team or NBA 2K’s MyTeam).

Not only do Persona cards let you play as a WWE superstar with a new or classic appearance, it also unlocks that alternative version for use in all other modes in the game.
