?As it turns out, Finley only appears and opens up shop on Saturdays between the hours of 8 AM and 12 AM. And no, this isn’t in-game hours, Finley is only available on real-world Saturdays. In other words, you need to play No Rest for the Wicked during the weekend to purchase some of his goodies.
