A wind warning is in place from 06:00 on Monday until 06:00 on Tuesday across across a large swathe of the country excluding Anglesey, Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham. The National Grid said, as of 14:30 on Sunday, it had 13 power cuts, affecting about 773 homes.
