The suit, filed in federal court Jan. 10, alleges that Irving-based chain Super Fuels’ logo is so similar to the Buc-ee’s logo that it is “likely to cause confusion among consumers in the relevant market,” according to the complaint. Lawyers for Buc-ee’s demanded a permanent injunction to stop the usage of the Super Fuels logo, as well as damages and the destruction of all property bearing that logo.
