Baby born by emergency caesarean as mother ******* in Gaza

A ********** baby was saved when doctors performed an emergency caesarean in Rafah, after the city was hit by ******** air strikes on Saturday night.

Her mother, Sabreen, could not be saved, and ***** along with the baby’s father and sister.

Medics said the baby was born in respiratory distress and was expected to stay in hospital for up to a month.

************ health officials said 19 people, most of them children, were ******* in strikes on the city that night.

The IDF (******** Defense Force) issued this statement: “At the given times, the IDF struck several military targets of the ********** organizations in Gaza including military compounds, launch posts and armed terrorists.”
