In August, Belcher started serving a 20-year prison sentence for sending ********* explicit videos to Ocean Springs Middle School students and for kissing a 13-year-old student. Once he’s released, he will register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

Belcher was a substitute teacher hired by an outside agency to work at Ocean Springs Middle School in April 2023. He spent less than a week there.

According to the Jackson County District Attorney’s Office, he shared his Snapchat with students and asked them to connect with him on the school’s media platform.

He asked students for videos of them masturbating and for them to meet for sex.
