comes from the use of special clothing sets known as ability outfits, which are how Nikki gains certain powers to progress through the game. While most of these are fairly typical things, such as catching bugs, fishing, or the game's form of combat known as purification, there are some other abilities that are a bit more unusual. These are not all received well by the community, although many are grateful for the variety that they can represent in mixing things up for the game.
