Minecraft creator Markus 'Notch' Persson has announced that he wants to make another game, and it looks like it'll be a spiritual sequel to the biggest sandbox game in the world. Persson asked his online followers what type of project they'd like to see next from him, and it already looks like a potential 'Minecraft 2,' which would likely share many of the original game's ideas, is what fans want the most. Persson even says this hypothetical successor would avoid
