For better context, some Overwatch players have been using readily available devices in the market that allow input from peripherals other than a controller to pass off as one to the console.

To sum it up, players who are using a mouse to aim in-game are getting the benefits of better control over their movement when compared to a joystick along with the aim-assist implemented in place to make a level ground for controller players.
