New information is coming out about the truck attack in New Orleans early on New Year’s Eve that killed at least 10 people. Law enforcement officials have confirmed to CBS News that the truck appeared to be flying a large ****** flag from the rear bumper. Investigators are probing if it was an ISIS flag.
