Traversing any portion of the Ash Heap in Fallout 76 proves challenging, with numerous gangs of Blood Eagles and Raiders like Edwin’s Gang. You’ll find plenty of unique points of interest if you’re brave enough to traverse the barren landscape. Here is where to find The Sludge Works in Fallout 76!

How to Find The Sludge Works in Fallout 76

To find The Sludge Works in Fallout 76, travel down to the Ash Heap, south of the Rollins Work Camp and Red Rocket Filling Station, west of Garrahan Estate, and northeast of the AMS Testing Site.

The Sludge Works is home to a vicious Blood Eagles gain laying claim to the immediate area, and you’ll have to fight through their camp to score some loot within. Be wary, however, as typically one of the Blood Eagles dons Power Armor. They’re often down by the makeshift dock.

However, if you don’t face someone with Power Armor, chances are high you’ll fight against a Heavy Weapon-wielding Blood Eagle. On my most recent trip down to The Sludge Works, one of them whipped out a Gatling Plasma, which is now mine!

The whole POI is a semi-circle campsite with defensive walls. It’s fortified, but that may work in your favor. I typically rush straight through the front gate, using the walls as cover and moving from shack to shack as I pop Blood Eagles from a distance. If you must fight in melee combat, avoid the enemies in the towers and the Power Armor-wearing Blood Eagle.

What You’ll Find at The Sludge Works

As mentioned, you’ll find plenty of Blood Eagles at The Sludge Works. If you have a daily to kill a certain number of Blood Eagles, this is a fantastic spot to pad your numbers.

Look around once you’ve expended your ammunition and the campsite is quiet. Besides the Raider Power Armor, you’ll find plenty of loot, such as:

• Vault-Tec Bobbleheads
• Magazines
• Mini Nuke
• Fusion Cores
• Nuka-Cola Cranberry
• Armor Modification
• Cooking Recipe
