5.3 leak may have revealed the reason why Capitano may actually never become a playable character, and it’s fairly grim. Despite being initially portrayed as an antagonistic figure in the Natlan arc (as most Fatui Harbingers have been portrayed across the game so far) Capitano plays an important role in the Nation of Pyro’s story. As is the case with several Fatui Harbingers, the community’s hopes are that he will become playable in the future, but there have been some leaks saying he will not, while others say
