After several days of icing conditions, the summit of the Mount Washington Observatory had unique rime ice formations everywhere, so weather observers took this opportunity to go subarctic surfing! Charlie Peachey, Weather Observer for Mount Washington spoke about the wild weather with FOX Weather First.
