Helldivers 2 is a title that took the industry by storm, emerging as one of the most acclaimed live-service titles to be released recently. The title offers many challenges to players seeking to establish democracy with their fellow co-op teammates on far-off planets of the entire galaxy.

The planetary hazards in Helldivers 2 are excellent but also incredibly unfair sometimes.

As stated earlier, the post was shared on the game’s subreddit by a player who was visibly dissatisfied about the planetary hazard and the instant ****** caused by ***** in the game’s meta. While the players didn’t choose to justify why they thought so, the post took off on the subreddit, and the players seemed to agree almost instantly.

The top comment on the post highlighted how the problem stated in the author’s post was even more prevalent on Menkent, an imaginary planet that is part of the game’s world:

Another player stated that the ***** tornadoes targeted the player’s team, not the AI-controlled ******. This is flawed because the title is a PvE one, meaning that an accidental advantage given to AI-controller enemies is always possible.

It makes sense that many players have problems with how broken the game’s ***** damage is, coupled with the ***** tornado planetary hazard, as there is simply no way to counter their wrath. But, given how prompt the game’s team is, this shouldn’t be lengthy.

The ***** damage in Helldivers 2 is broken and needs to be fixed.

The solution to fix the disparity between the damage inflicted by the ***** Tornado on the players’ team and the enemies is to ensure that both are equally susceptible to the damage. For example, the ***** tornado currently burns enemies, but its trail does not damage them.

On the other hand, the ***** damage in the game is broken to the extent that players are not even able to use inventory items such as the stim, meaning that they cannot evade their inevitable demise. This is incredibly frustrating for the players.

While the call for leveling the battlefield isn’t likely to go in vain, there is still no update from the studio or the game’s director, who recently shut down a fan when they politely asked the former to fix the game’s matchmaking.
