Busselton council backflip on Saltwater blowout funding as city to now take cash from reserves

The City of Busselton will use reserve funds to pay for the Saltwater budget blow-out, after Mayor Phill Cronin told the Times last week rates would go up in the next financial year to meet the shortfall.
