So,in 1986 I bought a NES . Around 1991 I bought a ***** Genesis and played at least over a 1000 hours EA NHL Hockey 92 to 95 and a lot of platformers . So in 1995 I was looking to buy a ***** Saturn . So I got to try playing games on a Saturn because my friend bought one . I felt from playing a few games, that ***** Saturn was going more in the Arcade direction with their games. So I did not buy the ***** Saturn. Then i got a call from another friend in December in 1995 and he told me he bought a Playstation and was enjoying playing a 3D fighting game . After that call , I thought to myself, Sony is a great entertainment company and I have a feeling that most 3rd party developers are going to want to make video games for Sony PlayStation. Then I bought one in December 1995 and the first single player campaign I completed was Playstation DOOM. Since then all of my gaming has been on Playstation 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 and sometime in the spring of next year I will buy a PS5 Pro . So basically, i bought a Playstation not for the 1st party games , it is because I thought Playstation will have the most quality games to play .
