In a statement posted on X, IllFonic CEO and co-founder Charles Brungardt said “the state of the industry” meant the company needed to be “re-aligned to a refined strategy”.

Founded in 2007, the Predator: Hunting Grounds and Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed developer has studios in Lakewood, Colorado and Tacoma, Washington.
