make no mistake, they still fall into this trap. Wolverine should’ve been announced this year, not 2021, and that’s assuming we even see it release in 2025. Other times, yes, they hold their cards close to their chest, but this is an industry problem and every stake holder is announcing, at least some games, far too early. Especially, but not limited to Bethesda when they announced Elder Scrolls VI in 2018. Long before it even went into production.

I don’t care nor do I need to know. Especially considering that there has been no shortage of great games to be played. So personally I’d love to see games only announced 12-16 months before a plausible release date. But let’s not act like PS isn’t announcing some games early.
