Sgt. Joe Albert said that police received a call around 2:43 p.m. on a report of a body hanging from a power line in the 800 block of Stambaugh Avenue. The victim, a male, was pronounced ***** at the scene. Albert said that the police ********* Unit was not investigating because police believe there was no foul play in the male’s ******. Police believe he may have been trying to steal copper wiring when he was electrocuted, he said.
