It's a quest that technically starts in Act One, when players can help the troubled artist escape the Zhentarim beneath Waukeen's Rest. But the real trouble doesn't start until Act Three, when players reach the Jannath family estate and find the place haunted. Oskar is betrothed to the lady of the house, yet his obsession over his former love has led to her ghost taking over the entire mansion.
