) — The El Paso Police Department (EPPD) has identified the man who ***** after a ********* that happened early Sunday morning, Nov. 17 in East El Paso.

EPPD said Jerome Douglas Harper, 26, was identified as the man ***** after a ********* that took place just after 4 a.m. on Nov. 17 at 6800 Bellrose. That is located near Airway and Viscount.

According to police, when officers responded to the scene and located Harper, he had ***** from an apparent gunshot wound.

The ******* Against Persons Unit has taken over the investigation and is actively working to gather more information, according to police.
