Silent Hill 2 Remake may not be entirely faithful to Konami's original horror game, but it's certainly still scary. Those bizarre, oozing monsters. The relentless fog. That feeling that the town itself is somehow alive, sentient, and using James' own soul to ******** him. One of the most frightening games of the year, if you've resisted the remake of Silent Hill 2 so far, it's suddenly cheaper than ever.
