He is an important character for the franchise since he set the tone for the entire franchise and established the series’ formula of unmasking the villain. His reveal in Scream as one of the two killers is one of the biggest pop culture phenomenons.

Now he seems to have found its way into Mortal Kombat 1. Ghostface Mask invokes a sense of mystery and blends horror elements with the game’s cinematic and brutal fighting mechanics.
