Hitman World of ************** for PlayStation VR2 delayed

Hitman World of **************’s PlayStation VR2 release date has been delayed by several months.

Previously scheduled to arrive in December, the game will now be released on March 27, 2025.

“As such, our priority will always remain to deliver an amazing experience that meets the high standards our players expect. The additional time will not only allow our team to polish the game, ensuring that every aspect is refined, immersive, and seamless, but also to add a few extras that we really wanted to include in this PS VR2 version, such as active reloading.”

Supporting the full main campaign of Hitman World of **************, the PS VR2 version of the game was announced in September.

“Now supporting dual-wielding, a wide array of actions and interactions have been added, including the possibility of performing actions with both controllers at the same time, active reloading, on-body ******* holstering, aiming through the *******’s scope, and manual interactions to take disguises,” according to IO.

“Enhancements have been added to improve the core VR experience, such as room-scale implementation, spatial interactions to touch, grab, and position, integration of the PlayStation VR2 controllers’ adaptative triggers, and many more.”
