I believe next year will be better with Avowed in February followed by Towerborne, *****: The Dark Ages, South of Midnight and Fable.

Forza Horizon 6, State of Decay 3, Contraband, The Outer Worlds 2 and Perfect Dark in 2026

OD, Project Mara, Double Fine´s New IP, Clockwork Revolution and Gears of War: E-Day in 2027

Double Fine´s New IP, Project Dragon, Blade, New Halo and TES VI in 2028

Xbox is so packed with games that I had to leave some games out of the equation! O.o
