While Sony’s subscription service for PlayStation is already in shambles, things are not looking good for its latest PlayStation 5 Pro console either.

Sony’s latest console has already been a subject of criticism due to its high price tag. PS5 Pro costs $700, making it $200 more expensive than the disc version of the base PS5 and $300 more than the Digitial Edition. However, the console could become even more expensive in 2025 if President-elect Donald Trump imposes his proposed traffic.

Trump has always favored high tariffs on imports, particularly on goods coming from China. He has suggested a 60% tax on all ******** exports. Even though Sony is a ********* company, some PS5 consoles and their components are crafted in China.
