Woman found *****, man injured at Pullman Hotel in Sydney

A woman has been found ***** at a hotel in Sydney’s west while a man was rushed to hospital.

The woman was found at the Pullman Hotel in Penrith about 1.10pm Sunday.

A man was also found with cuts to his arms in the same room as the woman’s body.

The man in his 50s was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics before he was flown to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition.

He is under police guard.

The woman is yet to be formally identified.

A ****** scene has been established, with local detectives and the State ****** Command’s ********* Squad set to investigate.

Police have urged anyone with information to come forward.
