September 2023 saw The Sunday Times newspaper and broadcaster Channel 4’s Despatches investigation teams collaborate on an investigation into Brand’s ******* history, which he has admitted was “very, very promiscuous.”

After the allegations came out, he posted a video denying all claims against him and saying any ******* interactions were “absolutely always consensual.”

This week, the police have handed the file over to the Crown Prosecution Service who will consider if there is sufficient evidence for Brand to face trial.
