One notorious streamer seems to have been on the company’s radar for a while now. Nintendo takes serious action against a streamer. Image Credit: Nintendo It seems like the company is not just after Palworld as it has now also sued a streamer for streaming pirated games and emulating Nintendo games on other devices. Image Credit: Nintendo The man who has been sued by Nintendo is accused of streaming pirated games and directing his audience towards emulating Nintendo Switch games, sometimes even before the release of these games. Nintendo took action against the streamer once it got notice of his notorious activities by sending him cease and desist letters and filing takedown notices. The company managed to shut down his channel, but it still did not stop him. Every time a channel of his was shut down, he used to open up another one on different platforms. He considered himself to be doing a noble deed that would benefit a lot of gamers from all around the world. Jesse Keighin, who goes by the name of Everguruonline on various platforms, got under the company’s skin by not taking into account the early warnings issued by it. These actions ultimately led Nintendo to sue him since he did not look like abstaining from releasing pirated games anytime soon. He made it very clear that he would keep coming back with different accounts the more he was restricted from doing so. The real cause of the issue was that he was not just streaming pirated games or spreading emulator links but streaming Nintendo games before they were released. Nintendo was closely following his activities across platforms Nintendo came across a stream from mid-October where he was seen playing Mario & Luigi: Brothership, which was one of the biggest Nintendo releases this year. The game was officially released a few days ago, on November 7th.
