The department said on Saturday that Moscow had equipped thousands of North Korean troops in Russia with 60mm mortars, AK-12 rifles, RPK/PKM machine guns, SVD/SVF ******* rifles, Phoenix anti-tank guided missiles, and RPG-7s.
