Reward offered for identifying two women seen at Vancouver mall *********

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — ****** Stoppers of Oregon is offering a reward for the identification of two women who police say were seen at the Vancouver Mall at the time of a ********* Thursday evening.

Officials say that, while they believe the two women captured on mall surveillance footage aren’t involved in the *********, they may have important information related to it.

The ********* happened at around 7:30 p.m. in the middle of a family trick-or-treating event at the mall. At that time, someone in the food court opened *****, ******** one person and sending two others to the hospital, according to police.

Authorities say the suspect was wearing a Halloween-type mask at the time of the ********* and it is believed to have been a targeted *******.

Investigators with Vancouver police and ****** Stoppers of Oregon are teaming up to offer cash rewards of up to $2,500 for any information about this person or the *********.
