Finding the Emergence phone locations in Call of Duty: ****** Ops 6 on your own can be tricky, but that’s where we come in.

It’s certainly a challenge worth tackling. These phones are scattered throughout the Emergence mission, requiring you to answer each of them as you navigate some very tense moments in the game’s campaign mode.

Completing the ‘Collect Calls’ challenge will unlock a special reward for players who manage to answer every phone, and this guide will show you all of the ****** Ops 6 locations you’ll need to visit for this purpose.

All Emergence Phone Locations in ****** Ops 6

The phones are usually a bright orange: follow the audio cue to locate them easily.

There are five phones you can answer in the Emergence mission. Unlike the safehouse from the start of the campaign, this won’t involve a series of puzzles to solve. Instead, you’ll come across these phones as you progress through the building and its various wings.

Central Hub

The first phone is located right on the Central Hub desk.

The first one is in Central Hub As soon as you enter the ATA Facility and pass through the cutscene, you’ll start experiencing hallucinations of zombies attacking the building.

Tip

The subtitles will tell you when a phone is ringing if you’re prone to missing the audio cues.

After fighting them off, you’ll see the first phone start ringing by the front desk near the Director Keycard slots. Approach and answer it to complete the first step of the Collect Calls challenge.

Advanced Combat Research (ACR) Wing

The second phone is also located on a desk, this time near the ACR Wing.

Moving to the ACR and Administration Wing, head down the large hallway between these two areas. After solving a computer code puzzle and picking up the grappling ****, you’ll have a tough boss ******.

Once you’ve defeated the boss and obtained the ACR Director Keycard, take the stairs out of the ACR wing and turn left. The second phone will be ringing near the stairs, ready for you to answer.

Administration Wing

You can find the third phone after parkouring a bit around the building.

With the ACR Wing grapple ***** in hand, you can now access the Administration Wing.

Look up and to the left for a grapple point. After pulling yourself up, check a small table to your left where the third phone will be ringing. Picking up this call will add another phone to your challenge count.

****** Projects Wing

We’re almost at the end, with the fourth phone being close by.

Next, head toward the ****** Projects Wing once you’ve used the grappling *****.

The fourth phone is found near the entrance to this wing and will begin to ring as you approach it. Answering this phone will put you one step closer to completing the challenge.

Biotechnology Wing

You don’t find this phone, so much as it finds you.

After you’ve gathered all four Director Keycards, you’ll have access to the Biotechnology Wing.

Take the elevator up, and you’ll find the phone after hallucinating a bit. Answer it to complete the Collect Calls challenge and claim your reward.

Emergence Phone ****** Ops 6 Challenge Rewards

Each phone call has important implications about the ****** Ops 6 lore and Case’s character.

The Emergence phones in ****** Ops 6 aren’t just for show. If you’ve been following the campaign’s story up until now, each call provides important clues and hints about the mission’s background. Answering them also gives you more insight into Case’s storyline.

If you’re not one to follow the story, however, there’s another reason you’d want to complete this phone call challenge. The main reward you get for answering every single phone call in the Emergence mission is the exclusive ‘Collect Calls’ Calling Card.

It’s basically a badge of honor that you can show off in Multiplayer, Warzone, or Zombies mode. All you need to do is navigate to your account tab in the game to equip it once it’s unlocked.
