Teen arrested for ******* after 17-year-old stabbed in Marston Green

A 17-year-old boy has been fatally stabbed and another teenager arrested on suspicion of *******.

The victim was treated by ambulance staff in Station Road, Marston Green, near Solihull, on Tuesday evening, but ***** at the scene.

A 17-year-old boy had been arrested on suspicion of ******* and he remained in custody, West Midlands Police said.

“We will have extra officers in the area over the coming days and I would encourage anyone with any information, or concerns, to get in touch,” Supt Wayne Carter said. Station Road remained closed on Wednesday.
