, from beating powerful bosses to accessing secret merchants and unlocking the Wart Shopkeep is no exception. Once you get to Port Brilehaven, you'll notice that the shopkeeper will only sell you medicinal herbs. Annoyingly, there are no hints at that moment as to how to unlock his full stock, but there is one key NPC you need to go to first in order to do so.
