While gamers have been digging into the complete offering of the game’s core multiplayer and Zombies, the campaign features the return of iconic characters Frank Woods and Russell Adler. The voices behind these characters improvised one particular scene in the game’s campaign to absolute perfection that even forced Treyarch to keep it in!

The narrative in ****** Ops 6 focuses on the relationship between Woods and Adler, exploring their friendship despite all the chaos. One of the emotional moments between these characters happens when Adler lights a ********** for Woods, showcasing to us the respect he has for his fellow soldier.

What you’ll be shocked to know is that this scene wasn’t in the script originally! According to the voice actors, Treyarch gave them creative liberty to come up with unique things during their rehearsals, which allowed them to bring such emotional and much-needed moments to the game.

We’ll play around during rehearsal, find moments, and then they’ll either kick it out or keep it, and it seemed like something that you and I would have created.

Depending on how well these unscripted scenes fit into ****** Ops 6‘s narrative, the developers then decided if they’ll either keep or kick them out in the final build of the game.

It’s great to see that Treyarch allowed such major changes during the development of the game. If it hadn’t been for such improvised scenes on the fly, Woods and Adler would’ve never been able to connect to each other.

Let’s hope the developer can allow such creative freedoms for the game’s upcoming DLCs and establish ****** Ops 6 as one of the Call of Duty titles of all time.

****** Ops 6 Is Getting Wrecked On Steam

While it’s great to see that Activision and Treyarch have finally managed to evolve the franchise with ****** Ops 6, things aren’t looking good for the game on Valve’s service.

As we’ve said before, the game has been a huge hit on Steam, but its player impressions are not universally positive, as pointed out by the fact that the title now has “Mixed” reviews on the platform. This can’t be blamed on review ********, as Steam players have highlighted a number of issues plaguing the game.

A lot of the negative reviews on Valve’s service have stormed the Call of Duty HQ due to a number of things that have been a concern since the app’s release back in 2022. One of them is that the game is CoD HQ DLC, which means it leads to the same playing time count as MW2 and MW3.

What this means is that it’s not possible to get a refund from Steam during the game’s two-hour *******. Players believe this is an outright violation of Vave’s refund policy.

Others have also pointed out a number of technical issues ruining the game that have rendered some players even unable to launch the game. It’s time for Activision and Treyarch to take note of these issues and bring the necessary changes as soon as possible.
