This latest outing isn’t quite one where you’ll need to play the previous games, it seems, but it does hark back to previous entries.

Of course, this is all rumors, but it’s also wroth noting that Life is Strange is a powerful IP that Square Enix has not squandered, so saying there will be a sequel isn’t this massive revelation, but it is still something to note if it’s a direct sequel as we may continue the story of Max.

Life is Strange: Double Exposure is releasing to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S on October 29 with a Nintendo Switch version coming later down the line.
