It's a unique material from rocks that look like they have glowing blue veins. The ore can be abundant if you know what to look for, but they're challenging to farm without getting too cold since they're in freezing areas. It would be best to have high-level equipment and explosives to weaken the cold crystal ore. So, it takes much more than finding the ore to mine it.
