A driver towing a mooring buoy caused chaos in Perth’s south overnight.

The man, aged in his 60s, was driving a ****** Toyota Land Cruiser east on Kent Street in Bicton and came into trouble when he turned left onto Point Walter Road about 11.30pm on Saturday.
