is anywhere from 31 degrees to 35 degrees Fahrenheit. The La Nina

predicts much of the Wasatch Front and Central Utah will have up to a 40% chance of running above those temperatures while the southern portion of Utah has a 50% of running higher than average.

As far as precipitation, that’s a little ******* for the NOAA to predict.

Current predictions suggest southern Utah will be drier this year compared to most winters. However, the Wasatch Front and northern Utah have equal chances of seeing above-normal, normal, and below-normal levels of precipitation.
