Sony’s first-party platformer, Astro ****, is among September’s best-selling games here in the States. It’s not the top dog, that honor goes to EA Sports FC 25, but it’s still a good feat nonetheless to be in second place.

We also saw a number of newcomers like The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, NBA 2K25, NHL 25, Space Marine 2, and more.

Astro ****’s high placement among the best-selling games of that month shouldn’t be a shock for most people. The game largely built upon its established prior entry, Astro’s Playroom, complete with new uses for the DualSense and filled to the brim with all the PlayStation references it could fit.
