CD Projekt Red has officially announced that its playtest program will be coming to the US, which means that residents there could be getting a call to play the new Witcher and Cyberpunk games currently in development.

There are some catches here, as CDPR says it will be selective when it comes to choosing participants. “If your gamer profile aligns with what we’re looking for, we’ll reach out to you either through email or by phone to ask about your upcoming availability. All playtests will be scheduled at least a few days in advance,”

. While there’s no guarantee which CDPR games will be available to playtest, the CDPR Boston studio does include several Cyberpunk 2077 veterans–like quest director Pawel Sasko–who are working on a sequel to the 2020 game.

Cyberpunk 2077’s rough launch led to a massive overhaul at CDPR, and the company has multiple games in development. The Witcher 4 currently has more than 400 people working on it, a remake of the first Witcher is underway, and a new IP called Project Hadar is also being worked on.
