A missile strike flattened a building in Beirut on October 22 as a crowd of onlookers watched.

Footage posted online shows the ******* hitting the base of the multistory building, before it comes crashing down in the Tayouneh neighborhood.

The building was located next to Horsh Beirut, a central urban park.
