Glasgow ***** centre breaks away from charity in row over gender

A ***** support centre in Glasgow has broken away from the supervision of the umbrella charity ***** Crisis Scotland in a row over gender.

Glasgow and Clyde ***** Crisis said its priority was to provide a single-**** service by an “all-female workforce” – and this was “at odds” with the charity.

RCS chief executive Sandy Brindley apologised last month after another member centre in Edinburgh, run by a trans woman, ******* to provide single-**** spaces for 16 months.

At the time Ms Brindley made clear that all member centres should provide single-**** spaces, but said there was no reason why transgender people could not work in ***** support centres.
