Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has broken down on air after revealing she secretly went to rehab for ***** and alcohol addiction.

Speaking to her co-host Kyle Sandilands on KIIS FM radio on Thursday morning, the 49-year-old heartbreakingly admitted that two years ago, she had been taking pain killers and sleeping pills and alcohol.
