This is because Zorba is a necromancer and relies on that ability throughout his entire ******. The issue is that his undead army seems easy but can quickly overwhelm any players who are not prepared. Every time you beat his corpses, he'll raise more; while you're fighting corpses, he deals strong attacks. It seems like it cannot be beaten unless you're at a far higher level than him, but it's easier than it looks.
