To use this ******* for the brief ******* it’s available—and even required for the story—you need to be inside the labyrinth in Silent Hill 2. The final game requires Pyramid Head’s Great ****** to break a wall.

One key detail about this ******* is that once you get past the wall of hands, James Sunderland will eventually find a ladder that he must climb with both hands, meaning he will drop the great ****** and never be able to recover it.

This section of the labyrinth takes place near the end, right before you encounter the iconic Pyramid Head, almost at the conclusion of the story.

Once you finish the game, even if you’re in New Game Plus mode, there’s currently no way to recover the Great ****** in the game’s current state.
