were recalled due to listeria contamination.

The contaminated meat was used in pre-made products like salads, burritos, pasta, and wraps that were distributed to grocery retailers including Costco, Trader Joe’s, Target, Walmart, Kroger, H-E-B and Aldi. The meat was also distributed to restaurants, schools and other institutions across the country.

If you have purchased any of the listed products, you are advised to return them to the place of purchase. Restaurants and other establishments are also urged to discontinue using these products and to discard them or return them as well. 2. Mushrooms

were recalled due to possible listeria contamination.

The impacted enoki mushrooms were distributed to retailers across the U.S. The packages recalled were sold in 5.3-ounce plastic packaging and contain lot code 4877 on the front and a UPC of 860011505600 on the back.

3. Sausage

were recalled by the ********* Food Inspection Agency, due to pieces of glove found in the product.

The impacted sausages have the code “EST 69B” printed on the packaging and were sold in retail locations across the nation. Not all of the sausages were labeled with a specific brand.

The specific product is the Montreal Fudge brand Chocolate Fudge with Nuts, which was sold in 5.6-ounce packages at T.J. Maxx and Marshalls locations in 41 states. The fudge has a lot number of 0241500805, 0241690105 or 0241690205 and an expiration date of “2025/MR/01,” “2025/MR/17” or “2025/MR/17,” respectively.

Grabeez brand The Big Cheese Snack Mix packed in 3.25-ounce containers were found to contain undeclared almonds and cashews, posing a risk to individuals with allergies. The snack mix has a best-before date of “041625” and a UPC of “0 94184 00439 8” stamped on the bottom. The recalled product was sold at retail locations from August 23 through September 19, 2024.
